The purpose of this session is to learn more about your company and to strategize what the best plan of action would be for your team. After the first call, our team schedules a kickoff call. The purpose of this call is to have teams meet and to finalize the scope of the contract. This call lets us explore topic focuses for your company and specific elements of the brand that we should know about. After these two calls, our team starts pitching and placing your company into publications. We conduct regular check-in calls to update you and discuss tactical changes, if needed.
Our standard service package is a 6-month term contract. However, we allow for a 3-month minimum contract for those who need shorter term lengths. This gives us ample time to plan and pitch placements for the coming months.
Unique from other agencies, Adogy bases all contracts on deliverables. Our team sets a goal for several placements within a timeframe ( e.g., 6 mo to 1 yr) and delivers those guaranteed for a set monthly price. At the beginning of each month, our accounting team sends an invoice. You will never hear us say, “We pitched x publications for no results.
Our team only pitches to credible, high-domain authority publications. We focus on analytics and consider several factors, including publication age, topic focus, and Moz Domain Authority (at least 55+). For PR clients, our team has a more narrow focus on placing your brand in top-tier publications like Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Inc.
While your team can provide suggested placement opportunities, Adogy cannot promise to place your company into any specific site.
